Is it allowed civilians to be in the Mordor (The prison on the North of LasVenturas)?

Can cops /su you for entering there?

as far as i know yes becous its a Prison so you are trespassing if you go there but on the other hand there is no reason for them to sus if there is no criminal

Civilians are allowed to enter, depending on the Cops in charge in Mordor at that moment.

Civilians are alloud to go to Mordor Maxumum security prison, just not past the gate (or doubble gate if you want to call it that). To go beyond that as a civlian is up to the cop around if its suspectable or not. If you get a nice cop you get off the hook. If not, it can be concidered tresspassing.
