Exactly, you may not obligate a player to engage in ANY kind of roleplay.
That's right, you are not obligated to engage in any kind of Roleplay, just don't expect other players to like you..
And, seriously, if you don't want to Roleplay, then why be in Argonath RPG? It's a roleplay server. It's about the same as going to a Deathmatch server and try to roleplay selling carrots - It won't work. My point is, if you are in a Roleplay server, people will obviously expect you to engage in Roleplaying situations... so, when you refuse, people get angry, because they want to roleplay, and, a server that is meant for Roleplaying, doesn't have any roleplayers....
The term "Pwned" or "Pwnt" is used, either when both players are friends, and one kills another, either acidently or on purpose, and then, this term is used as a joke, something to laugh about; either used from a criminal to cop or viceversa, or between enemies, in this situation it is used as a provokation and, in my opinion, it should be punishable to use these terms. Also, these terms can also be classified as "Abnormal Language", that, as stated by Aragorn, is punishable, when used after a kick, or, to provokate.

This reminds me of a situation that happened in MTA VC. I was roleplaying a man who is driving a car loaded with potatoes. Then suddenly a cop pulls me over and says he needs to check my car. But out of no-where, he just immediately suspects me for "possession of drugs", when I had absolutely no intention of roleplaying that.

The problem with the above situation is that that cop gave me no control of the RP flow. It was no fun for me, because I could not choose the path of roleplaying, and the cop forced me to be a drug trafficker. This is what "forced rp" means, and is where this rule came about. You're supposed to allow people to choose how they will react to your RP. If you don't like a particular reaction then find another player and repeat the same RP. You cannot force someone to give the one reaction you want.

Next situation:
I was wearing a hobo skin and was hanging around at GS9. I was going to people asking for change using: /l Hey dude got spare change. I was just Role Playing a hobo. Suddenly a man with "[i9]" tag started to shoot at me and killed me. When i asked him why he did it he just said "I don't like hobos at my GS". I was like WTF pissed off and stuff and the admins just ignored me. That is DM people its like i go in front of City Hall with m4 and shoot everyone saying "I don't want anyone at my City Hall". First of all the GS is not even his the 24/7 is. And the thing that pisses me off the most are when someone does something from the above and when i report admins /kick//warn me for Moaning.
