SA-MP wont connect or do anything at all! [LOCK Please]

Can someone help me, when i click connect on SAMP nothing happens at all,
I have removed SA and SAMP, reinstalled then, re downgraded it and it still doesnt work?
Im getting really confused, I removed GTA_SA.set and still nothing.
I have checked my firewalls and anti-virus programms but still nothing works?

Please Help Meh!!!!!

You said you did something similar to this. Have you tryed to delete all game files off your computer, including un-installing the game.

Re-installing and downloading (downgrade patch if you got v2) SA-MP again?

&& Note sometimes your computer will have a brainfart, maybe restarting would help too? Maybe your running something that wont let SA-MP fire up either. Or you dont have the disc in ^^

Make sure that:

> That your current GTA:SA version 1.0 is.
> Check your ports if you own a wireless router.
> Make sure that you installed GTA:SA & SA:MP correctly.

Did you clean your registry for SAMP and GTA files
If you have Vista,run it as an Administrator,or try to set compatibility mode

I suggest you to get a Registry Scanner software for example you have "Registry Cleaner" which can easily be downloaded as a freeware
It helps you scan your system for unnecessary registry keys and files that can often make issues when software is being reinstalled ....

Fixed - Found out how, Make a new administrator accoutn on your computer then reinstall gta and sa-mp on that account and it should work,

Why to make it so hard? Just find a file named gta_set.set. Then remove it.
