Bandwith it good. The issue is, as it has been for some time, file access.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

Excuse me for a big "HURR DURR DURPY DURP HURR" moment here, but wouldn't defragmenting the hard drive solve that? Unless you're talking about file access from the internet and back... etc.
