As far as I am concerned, it's a local tradition.

No one ever said that vince, loads of people (me included) didnt want them there, but we all knew it wasn't anything wrong with it, thats why we came up with ways around it, including warnings from other players on locations to slow down, and taking out the chopper.

I used to RP a camera like 8months ago. I was standing in place. And when i see someone speeding i SMS him "Mail: You are ticketed $150 for speeding, if you fail to pay you will be suspected" Noone wanted to pay so i was susing everyone and killing em all xD
