Random PC Freeze

Hai Guys,

I'm having a problem here, since 3month's ago my computer starts freezing all the time.
I found out why but how do i fix this piece of shit error?

Heres 1 of the 500-1000 errors:

It's not google updating service, its the "service control manager".
Cuz i got a whole list caused by SCM and all other processes.

Can anyone help me and my phukker up PC, cuz ima get crazy if this contineus!
