Michael, If you are able to restore it to a date which was before he installed them, THIS suggestion SHOULD work. I had a f*cked up GTA game before and I used this way, and it cleared it for me.

Delete system32 there are useless files there, or you might consider using a magnet on your hard drive to clean the viruses off.

I heard that putting meths on your motherboard also helps.
