Very good. But what about when cars spawn, mainly emergency vehicles, and when you get in it has no gas??? You don't have any gas in your gas can, and you constantly plead on /e or /r for someone to bring a towtruck to your location even after you do /towtruck. But when you do that, %98 of the time, no one even notices and doesn't come.

Maybe people should fill up state vehicles after they use them then?

So if state vehicles will never be refueled but driven by all sorts of people, they will eventually all be with 0% fuel?

I see what your point in the need for wanting players to spend money and not be lazy, but who has money for fuel these days?

With the high advertising rates which means less encouragement to sell homes / other items.

The economy looks blank. Something needs to be done regarding this first.

The people who can't afford cars or donate there cars / other vehicles for others to use in dynamic rp's and such will be forced to be shunned away in a corner out of sheer depression of not having enough money.

What do peopl spend the cash on?

I have made it so, that my RP needs money, BCA, and such.

I cannot keep up with advertising and fueling cars I find.

Currently I run a lot or use aircrafts (which have no fuel system - yet?)
I also am forced to hitch rides with random people.

Good question , On what do people spend cash on?

I find myself spending cash on little things which includes fuel. And I don't care if any STATE vehicle is out of fuel because , hey , there is a command /towtruck. Don't like to pay for fuel? Walk.

Well... Money... I guess.. Milk at the state bar... Skins, weapons, cars(mods).. Uhhmm.. Giving $1 to a person each time he says ''Dutch'' But thanks to all the PayDays, I only recieve more money then I spend, Curse, not everyone has a company that gives $50,000 wages to it's employees
