Need help with Group Topic

So here is the Situation: I#m the Leader of the Family: Dillinger. It's a Mafia and i want to have a Topic on SA:MP Groups. But the Problem is. I'm a noob in making good Topics. I tried GIMP and Photoshop but I failed. So my question is: Is there someone who is good in making Topics, who can make ME a Topic and send it in MSN ? If possible for free.
