what i have found useful and when i think about it kinda jacked up in a way, but when new players jion the server and im on hduty, ill PM them and arrive @ airport and pick them up, then i will take them around to stores to get cellphone,radio, etc and show them basic locations and jobs, and i often will give them $2,500 up front and /wire about $5k to $10k to there bank, but when it hink about it, how many of them have i seen days later lol ...
