Suspect people for speeding without pulling them over?

i had a few times now, that a a cop was standing still in the middle of the road, i so i drove by, and then he suspected me for speeding. without even telling me to pullover or something. now i wanna know if thats really legal, because the first admin tells me they cant and the second admin tells me they can. so please, tell me if moneycops can do this or not.

well the fact is they stand there. and when you pass by they use /speed [ID] if youre speed is higher than the average i think the only thing he may do is pull you over. tell you the rules and give an ticket..

exactly, thats what i thought.
but the moneycops just start suspecting you withouth pulling you over. then when you stop they start poppin tires and aimin at my head and stuff.. this needs attention!

Just like some administrators once said, any offense is banable, even spamming, Well, any crime is suspectable. If the cop is just standing without a car, and suspects you for speeding, you have the right to ask him for evidence, or else sue him (if you weren't speeding), but yes, they have the right to suspect you, if they do it without evidence, you can sue them

of course they do, all cops grow speed guns out of their asses and they can even measure speed when driving after you, what an advanced technology!

Icy, the problem is, if they ask their actual speed, they have no clue, and once I asked an admin, and they must do /speed
before susing them, else it isn't valid.

Take a lesson from FBI director, cadet. I hardly see much action taken against my FBI agents for attempting to buy drugs from criminals . 

I think when it's obvious that someone is speeding then /speed isn't really needed using very little common sense so perhaps it would be better if you posted this on the topic where you ask developers questions for confirmation.

If he was on foot the suspection is automatically invalid, as we do not have speedguns on this server and hence he cannot have done /speed.

A lot of cops suspect you if you come speeding past with a Sweeper, even if they are in a vehicle.
And I don't mind, as long as I get to pay my ticket when I stop and surrender. Since it's not a jailable crime, speeding..

Unfortunately, that does not occur, so do you get suspected by one of those moneycops, do not hestitate, pull over and shoot them in the face with a combat shotgun!
