Suggestions to save an awesome community

My suggestion is there needs to be more enforcements on GUNS!!!!!!!!!!  Those are the problem.  Every 30 mins we have a random non rp dm shootout between blue names and orange names.  Like pepper said on TS I've heard people say OH LOOK THERE IS A SUSPECT ONLINE!!! LETS GO KILL HIM!!!!  The problem is as soon as cops see an orange name they immediately switch to their deagle and begin shooting.  I am not moaning this is a fact I have seen this so many times.  Not all of the ARPD does it but most of them do.  So to prevent this I proposed a law on ARPD forums on the police procedures board.  The law that if there is a suspect and he is not showing a gun.  He is running away from the police the ARPD SHOULD NOT open fire!!!! They should footchase the suspect using spray can or nitestick.  The only time a police officer should ever open fire is if he is being opened fire upon, another life of another of another person is at risk, or the suspect is showing off a gun and is a threat to everyone or if he is getting in a car.  I've seen brutal slaughter of suspects at LSPd.  As soon as a orange blip shows in five seconds the is gun downed by a hail of bullets leaving him to die.  I remember I asked a Lt. for money and he ban beating the crap out of me with a bat.  Then he suspected me because I fought back.  I was not moving I stopped hitting him but he took out his gun and murdered me on the spot

Players playing for money and scripts also bothers me.  When I first started playing Argonath people didn't rely on scripts.  I actually went around LSPD selling imaginary roleplay items to people and people actually bought them.  When ARFD was first created and there were no fire scripts we had people roleplay a fire.   Then we pretended we were fighting an actual fire when tehre was none.  Now when I roleplay throwing a motov cocktail at a building the ARFD will say "That is not a fire mission we will not respond"

So to summarize everything there should be a heavy restrictions on firearm use for both police and criminals.  Maybe certain weapons should be disallowed illegally?  But basically cops should not use their firearms on foot running suspects that are no threat to anyone.  If the suspect gets in a car thats a different story and firearms can be used.  But if they are unarmed, they are not a threat, and they are running the polcie should not open fire but chase the suspect with a spray can or nite stick.  Also the players should be less dependant on scripts which they are right now.  That anything they buy has to be something scripted.  I'm not saying scripts are bad I'm saying Argonath's rp fate shouldn't lie in their hands.

only the regulations that we are allowed to shoot a suspect even if he is unarmed and is only running on foot and he is causing no threat.  I believe that needs to be changed.  I myself when chasing a suspect in those conditions do not use firearms as it is unnecessary

I'd say the seed of these problems is the economy,though their might be other problems

Alright, No Offence to the people who posted here, but this sort of argument is ust like the argument people have about racial pressures and all that bull shit IRL. It NEVER gets resolved and people just continue to argue about it. Im not trying to be negative its just that there is always something people will argue about. Once we fix the RP problem then people will complain and moan about something else :S
