Help me please!

I've installed GTA IV (Off my disc ofc :P) and now I'm installing patch 1.0.7.0, I've downloaded it and these are the files I've got,

Media1.cab(Contains like 200 files, I don't know what they are).
UpdateTitle.exe
TitleUpdate.msi

Please can someone tell me where to extract each file? Thanks.

Dont touch the media files, just run the installer(s).

You dont have to do anything with the other stuff.

Ok, UpdateTitle installed with NO problems, but TitleUpdate comes up with "Installed failed, run setup to install update."
Help me please, I really wan't to get onto IV:MP.

Just run one of them. The (.msi) one would be great.
If you installed the (.msi) one, then you do not need to open the (.exe).
