Also curse, just to correct you, "Iraq War" is NOT a war. We are not in wartime in America. It is a conflict unless the congress declares war. Vietnam was not a war, Im pretty sure korea was not a war as well. It is really the media that put the war label on it to make it more intense/scary/make them more $$

Yes, America lost 3000 people, Thats a fucking good excuse to go to war, Its the plain stupid actions of several individuals led by religion which caused those 3000 people to die.

America and co has every fucking right to be pissed of and go to way in my eyes.

I make my own vote option: Crime free day every saturday.

Players were generally way more nice when this day came (way less moaning etc). Way way more nice. If players were this nice everyday then surely this server and community would enjoy eachother so much more. And respect eachother.

(curse since you have such a strong passion for this, maybe you should start a blog and just rant and rant on there instead of on here! btw, if someone can hide his posts, that would be helpful, they're pretty rude. ) So sad to see you have no sympathy for the people who come from low-income familys that cant afford to go to college, so they look to the army as a way to pay for college and to have a good life. The people who have been in real war, they dont talk about it. They dont gloat about it. I dont know who is feeding you these stories, but they must have never been in real combat.

Yeah I agree alot about the fact that there was WAY less moaning. Everyone really seemed to enjoy it much more and there was alot of interaction between civillians (like RPing) then I normally see. I vote for crime free saturdays : ) or maybe tuesdays, tuesdays are pretty heavy.

btw I looked up MANY sources (including our local newspaper) and the death count for Iraqi civillians who have died from the CONFLICT (including the ones suicide-bombed from their own countrymen) was never more than 150,000. Wikipedia is not a reliable resource

This "crime free day" was just a guilt free pass for DMers/Criminals to do whatever the F they want and get unsuspected anyway. I saw so many people who've been playing for over a year atleast commiting crimes and killing people, next thing to do is whine in /p "Unsus, it's crime free day!"... My opinion, have some ceremony and let people decide wether to participate or not. Forcing people to do not commit any crime all day is simply not going to work. Everyone wants to show his/her respect about 9/11 in their own way, can't force them to do it "your" way. As for what Hidduh said, yes it's definately a shame (But that's not only at that day, way more often then that ; ) ).

If you really want to give Love and respect to the victims
why not just turn your computer off, go to the cemetery, or a Church (Whatever your religion is) and pray for them.

Stop moaning on what happened or not, I don't call everything moaning. But it's only for a day, If you DONT like to attend it, go to a cops and robbers server instead where you are welcomed for your acts as a suspect. Why didn't you just sell hotdogs, roleplay a good guy and etcetera. It's point of Interaction between players as a normal civilian and to honour the murdered.

I would like to inform you this is a discussion thread regarding the subject No Criminal day.

I would also like to inform you that what you have posted regarding myself is complete bullshit.

You must know I have the equal right as everyone else in these forums to voice my opinions and views, furthermore, who the hell are you to continuously harass me and disrespect me.

It is to my belief you are the number 1 fan of Kim Jong Il, amirite?
You do not respect my freedoms?
You do not respect equality?
         I ponder and doubt, If I should be considering using if in the following sentence, but here goes anyway. If the above questions are answered with agreement (yes incase you do not understand) then you should fly off to North Korea and continue to rant about yours truly. If you are not aware - I presume you are not; I was speaking with sarcasm just in the last sentence.

Seeing as the discussion thread has quickly moved onto the sub subject of moaning Ill post my opinion.

I can confirm and assure you there were less moaning, but this could have been down to bewildered members of the community constantly asking questions instead.

I feel forcing views, opinions and beliefs onto others is totally wrong, this is why I was not in favour of said event. No not because I apparently do not respect Americans or the 3000 dead, but because of multiple reasons which I shall say again.

I suggest and hope more then the 3000 people massacred in 9/11, mainly civilians killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and  Pakistan should  be remembered if the aforementioned days of which a crime free day is suggested  Tuesday / Saturday etc.

i think the only thing that could have been done better on no crime day was just that it seemed like new players didn't really get what was going on and they could have used more guidance in the way of PMs or conversation with administration

ps: my son and i had a very good time at disney land, you will have to join us next time i let you out of the labor camp
