Cant upload images to the forum HELP

I cant upload images to the forum for some time now anyone else have this problem too??

YES I ONLY TRIED SUPPORTED TYPES AND YES THEY WERE SMALLER THAN 1200kb (so dont tell me the limit or the supported types I TRIED ALL OF THEM )
