But he  went inactive for a very long time and his account got deleted.
Am I still able to claim my money somehow?

You can go to the picture on your computer, right click it and select "properties".. It will say "Date created: xx/xx/xx xx:xx" ..

Think you need to talk to either High Administration or Courts.. Or both.
