As no one has joined in to help, I will try my best to help you with the problem.
There are two reasons why this might happen.
The first = The service might be down (its up 95 percent of the time but there are cases!)
The Second = Could be your Router / Modem is getting clogged up, this happens when its had to do a lot of hard work turning the power on and off should help the problem.
The Third = Are you sure that your computer connects to other websites? Sometimes a simple restart could solve so many issues!
The Final = If there seems to be no resolve on your issues i recommend that you Reinstall MSN.
