Yes what they said.. and by getting a promotion it does not help you with cash.... you make the same amount... just jail suspects and don't kill them.

If you want to have cash, start taking part in roleplay situations such as being a employee at gas station 9, helping people out, ... A hell lot of options to get cash.

Half of the server doesnt get the meaning of it then...More than 95% of the people play for money, and dont give a fuckin' cent about RP or anything, as long as they get cash.
