Need Help

Hello.
Today I was at a local shop and bought GTA IV(liberty City) and I was ready and hoping to join IV:MP and when I downloaded the game and the IVMP- I was supposed to chooce wher my file was to select where I want my IVMP to install, but I can't press "ok". I dont know if this is a stupid fail of me, if I didn't download the newwest vers of IVMP(if so please make a link where to download new.) or im trying to safe it the wrong place.
I attempted to save it the same place as the GTA was, and tat is , Computer-"D"- Program Files x86- EFLC map,

The problem is its the wrong map  wrong game

U got Gta EFLC [Episodes from Liberty city]


i should be Gta IV


 

the Complete game includes

Gta IV

Gta EFLC

Gta Ballads of gaytony


And u need IV Since it the basic game and the one working with IV-mp

so I used over 100$ and bought the wrong game, and I checked they have no GTA IV, in the stores near me.!

As far as I am aware, IV:MP developing team are working on a version which will work on EFLC, too.
(basically IV and EFLC are the same game, but EFLC just has extra features)

I did the same Bought a Game to my Brother  in the store called

The Complete Verision.

That includes 3 Episodes-

IV
EFLC
Ballads of Gay tony.

i installed and only got the EFLC map as u now got i got very angry went back to the store.
there it showed up they forgot to pack 2cds there should be 4 i only got 2.

So they easy forgot to pack the IV.


What im tryin to say is take a extra look because on every front page of this game says IV but not everyone is the orginal IV that u need
