No unban after 2?

 I know the rules are very strict in greatly decreasing the likelyhood of an unban. Obviously the rules are the rules but there's no reason not to try and change them. I was wondering if anyone else agreed.
 For the record I do realize that I'm biased in having already gotten those two bans but I honestly don't care to rejoin the server at this time. I don't know if this should go into ideas as that is usauly for scripts.

The second ban should be something that admins take into account on their own with less pressure from the system.
---Why I think that is fair
Some (not all) bans are for basically mistemiters. The idea of banning someone for so few offenses seems over reacting. Although it is important to maintain a healthy player group it is very unlikely these players can seriously harm the comunity. These players after a ban or more would be on a probation, maybe banned in the future for smaller things. There is no real long term effect of that one player.
 Depending on the offense all of this may not be true. But thats where the common sense of administration comes in.

-that is posibly true but if people are being banned they would know still. These people could be banned later and then would have some leniancy in the futer, at which point another offense is far less likely.

no argument or even opinion is corrrect at the start. I am open to any comments whether positive or negative that I could use to improve my argument and/or opinion.
