How do we create more jobs?We want to support business owners, and local shops to make them employ people. We don't want to support Government jobs more. As they already is supported fully already. If Government jobs is going to be supported, it should be new job opportunities, not increasing same jobs more.

We need more police officers who are women, and more police officers with different ethnic background.
