Representing [TAC] Loaning service i demand the following aspects to be respected and authorized by the court:

The company holds legal rights to request financial support from the state. " Therefor, the company is willing to give 5% profit, IF in the loan there was included state money. Note that the company is not owned by the state, but we have connections with the bank and stock market and so we need state support to estimulate our presence in the VC monetery / business market. This financial support would happen till the Funds raise to 30.000$
No questions asked from where the company got the money.
Cooperation with the company when a client violates the rules and agreements.

The profit percentage depends on how much the goverment are willing to pay you and that depends on amount of stake you want to give to the goverment in return for the money.

We will give 5% of profit cause of the reason in red. We just need an entrance cash, mainly to prevent us from going bankrupt. And so, that would just happen till we get 30.000$ . At that time the business would be up and running with no worries and we wouldn't want more support from the state.

Once again note that the company is not owned by the state. But due to the relations with the bank and the stock market owned by the state, we need the initial boost. Problems in the bank and in the stock market could bring us down aswell. Therefor, we want a guarantee that our company can be successful by getting the state to invest on it.

And of course, the company accepts independent investments.

Hmmffz, the company tries to be independent, we can't pay the state 50% of the profit, if we did we would need to be constantly asking support by the state. And that's the complete oposite of what we want.
