The weed field(s) can be found troughout the server. A particular easy one to find is once you drive from Verona beach to Flint county, keep following that road until you drive over the train tracks. Now you check your left side and look for a field. You can notice it by the wooden fence surrounding the field.
If you don't understand my roadplan, do not hesistate to ask this question ingame using the /h command.
