FRAPS help needed!

I am having problems with fraps Im not sure what the numbers mean, but when i play SA it says 19-22 but when i record it drops to a solid 12 and the vid comes out REALLY crappy. But when i record CS:S or anything like that they come out fine. whats the problem?

That is really Strange but me too, when I Record sometimes it gets laggy and the movie comes out CRAP

It depends on our system specs, fraps saves much data fast in your hard drive and the numbers means FPS (frames per second).When you are recording something i recommend to put your graphics and resolution down to get better perfomance with fraps.
