Need some mafia skins modpacks

Hello guys, since I started using mods today and i dont have any knowledge in this I'd like you to offer me some nice mafia skins modpacks. Let's see who's got the best modpack!

You can search various skins on gta garage or google, but as the people above said make sure it does only change DFFs and TXDs at gta3.img and not any other thing.

What Mod installer you use? i suggest you IMG tool, atleast that's what im using. Its realy easy and if you need help, you can contact me. And about mafia mods.. sorry but i cant find any anywhere.

SAMI works on my almighty pirated TOTALLY not 100% LEGAL version.
