yeah i did try to make a server, but when i get on the server it says "You are not premium" if not, i'm connected but my friend gets "Connection timed out"...

We do not support piracy.
For the program to give you that error, it means you have a illegal minecraft copy. (Downloaded from Web/Torrents but no the official site) plus you do not own a premium account.
