internet keeps going on and down

I got two computers a laptop and another that it has GTA san andreas, my internet on my laptop works very well, but on the other computer it stays going on and down, can someone  :help: me with this?

I think its your Ethernet Controller there is something wrong with, try reinstall the driver to it, or just turn off your router, and then on again, helps sometimes
