Can I run GTA IV?

Yeh, graphics card numbers do not match. Wait, since when does my graphics card have so much video RAM? :S I have 256mb videocard, not 552 or 4 whatever there is.

I'm getting sick of this stupid game, would anyone tell me why it lags so bad that I can't even accelerate?
