USAA = United States of Argonath Army. You cannot obtain a copy right of the term United States, therefore making this name a liable name protected by the Argonath constitution and is in no direct copyright infridgement. It has two of the same terms in it United and States, Army Reserves and Argonath Army are two totally different things. Therefore meaning you may not sue the said parties.

to call a group "United States Army Reserve" is like connecting the two groups..

If you are the United States of "Argonath" Army, then you cannot go and patent a name of United States Army, because they would be two differing military groups, therefore having a clash in the name. Bad: Patent for smoking cigarette
Good: Patent for Marlboro brand.
