SA:MP Crashing on loading

When I click connect on any server my game will start normaly and when it gets to the loading screen it will load about 3/4 of the way and then it crashes and I get these two Exception Codes.
I have re-installed it 3 times and I get the same problem..

Thought i might post my familiar problem here :
Compatibility and admin mode : Won't start at all
Normal mode : 3/4 of the loading bar and crash

Operating system:Vista Ultimate SP2

EDIT : The loading screens (NVidia and such) (dis)appear quite fast.Could that have any relation?

I used to have that problem,and I did have it 3 times actually.How did I fix it?Well,I made another PC Administrator User,transfer all my data to that account,delete the old one,and voila.However that is if nothing else works...
Or you could try System Restore,although I don't advice it..

Have you installed cleo mods?

I get this error when i install the new ELM. Take it off and it works :)

Remove gta_sa.set file in your "Documents\GTA San Andreas user files" folder.
Should work.
