Hello Argonath,

Today I tried to fix so I could play IV:MP, it seems that it worked but I was forced to restart the computer so I did it. I started the computer again but the screen was black and it stood ''No Video Input' but the computer started up as normal but I don't see anything on the screen exept the text ''No Video Input''.

I've tried
* Only starting the computer with 1/4 RAM memory
* I've switch contact with the video cabel on the graphic card

My computer
Operating System: Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+,  MMX,  3DNow (2 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 8000MB RAM
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD 4670, 512MB

Appricete all sorts of solution!

Well it certainly seems like a fault with your graphics card.
Do you have any possibility to test your computer with an alternative graphics card, such as an integrated one?

I trying to get another graphic card from friends.
But isn't strange that the computer starting up as normal without running graphic card? It's like 2.5 years old so maybe time to buy a new one?

Well only job a graphics card has is producing picture onto your screen.. so it won't effect the computer from starting up and loading the operating system.

Take your GPU out like a boss then blow into the PCI-X slot, clean the contacts on the card and reinsert into the motherboard's anus. Re-attach PCI-X cables if any on the GPU and switch on again. If that doesn't work try a different slot. If that doesn't work either ur GPU is dead. To be perfectly sure try it in another PC, might workd and it could be ur mobo that's dead but that's not very likely.

Alright, I'll try it! So you mean, I detach my GPU and attach it to another slot?
Maybe the cabel is broken aswell so I gonna test with new cable to see.

Thanks for the answer.

Can't you just take the card out and plug your Monitor directly into the Motherboards VGA slot at the back?

Assuming it has one

This could be a problem with your Graphics card Motherboard or CPU, ive had it happen twice to me and neither time been the Graphics card, i had to replace a CPU and a Motherboard, your best off checking the Graphics card 1st tho, try it in another computer, try removing it and using on board graphics, try a new one

hope i helped

Thanks for the answers!

I detached the GPU, cleaned the contacts on the motherboard and on the GPU and re-attached it again. Still same problem and it isn't possible to attach it to another slot, it's only one slot on the motherboard that fit with the GPU.

I gonna try the GPU with another computer and then I know if if it's the GPU. I don't have a GPU in the motherboard.
