i thinking a while for this but i give it a go
i am thinking of a illegal pay an spray
cams place is a business but it iant earning so i thought to make it a illegal pay an spray
you can get all normal things as a normal pay an spray but you can get there car bombs to that only can bought at phills place
and you can buy more spikes then in a normal pay an spray say 6 inplace of 3 but the price goes up to the price discides the scripters
so can this maybe inplented
if can try to do it

I think the current Pay N Spray branches (being all across the city) works quite well already.

And for the same reasons that I wasn't too keen on this idea when you told me in-game I still don't think we'll need such a feature - mostly as they are already covered within other businesses.
Car bombs for example are only exclusive to Phill's Place, and it gives that business an upper hand and would probably be not too happy with competition. 

And I think it could be more "illegal" - it doesn't seem too bad to me, if you see what I mean.
Perhaps it could be a little like an off market car garage, but I am not sure how well it would be put to use.

"Lets make illegal Pay N' Spray and put big sign over it "Cams Place - We spray cars illegally" so the cops can see us!"
