Problem with the Forum.

I tried to put this Copyright sign into one of my topics but every time I do it there comes an Error message from the forum:

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

That does only happen if I put the Copyright sign in it.

(Copyright sign with Alt+0169)

Why does that happen ?
