KumaWars: World War II/Vietnam problem.

Alright, so here is what happens... I tried countless times to play this game, but it stucks at the first step, which is preparing sound data, it takes damn too long. I mean, it's a game with awful graphics (not that bad) and awful gameplay, story mode is O.K. And when I alt-tab, I get an error. Is it with the sound or graphics? Thank you?
