As for in-game, it's basically the same.
Some new admins, a couple new scripts, etc. No major changes to be honest, not until RS5.

By reading your post carefully, you're actually saying you can't download the illegal GTA San andreas on an site such as Megaupload, since its taken down by the FBI..

We dont need to know such an thing, and we dont need to hear anything such as ''fuck the FBI''
