I Need Some Help

Hey guys,
I need some help about VC:MP. He installed and every thing but the game gets stucked at the first loading screen. I have a windows 7 64 bit.
What should I do?

he has an orginial disk so... every thing.

Hm, if GTA VC is fine (without any modifications - some may have more damaging effects), it could be an issue with the VC:MP version.
Perhaps update/re-install.
Check everything is linked up correctly, such as the game paths and where the game files are located.

Any firewall or anti virus blocking any file? Does the single player run fine? If yes, download the VCMP Browser. (Click "VCMP Browser" to do it)

I did download the browser.  but its probely the firewall. i'll check...

Does the SP work fine? It gets stuck at the video loading? Or is it in the multiplayer part?
