Well, Colt isn't a really powerful weapon and you can simply avoid it, on the other hand it gaves police a fair advantage in game. Pistol's fine to me.

Freecops still get weapons. The thing is they need to type /c restock to get them.

However I want colt 45 only by /c restock as well. It doesn't matter the weapon is avoidable cause they still act like retards by shooting into air and such

This is the most reasonable way. DMers still seek class with best weps. As they see cops have colt, they start screwing around anyway.
Would really suggest not to provide cops any firearms without them doing /c restock.

Copbans are now integrated as a regular part of the script. The restock thing is still experimental and disabled by default.

Time code format is a bit problematic [hh:mm], couldn't it just be about hours?
Somethink like /c uncb (uncopban) would be useful in some situations.
