Of cos medic who asks you if you want a heal is annoying for you, guys, cos you are all those great zomg roleplayers that never even use the ambulances of people...

I never had a problem with medics as well and nobody was stalking me and flooding with heal demands... Neither on normal account so nor on undercover...

I just suppose you cannot handle a little integration with others on multiplayer...
The best solution for you:  a single game mode...
