making better roleplaying on server

Well, as the topic says, if there is possible to make more jobs ingame, like car dealers, weapon dealers (delete the black market gun shop - less DM), u either could make a gang, family appilication on forum(they would have their own skins, cars,..), starting own buissnes like burger shop or something like that.
All the players are just running around the town now and do nothing.This game could really be so epic guys, there must be someone who really knows how to do scripts and so on, find him and make this server epic ))
this is just a suggestion, i am not blaming u ppl.

-More jobs ingame, we have 3 scripted ones, in RS2 there will be more AFAIK
-Weapon dealers...we have ammunation

And I doubt that everybody is just running around....look closer, they have to move to get somewhere.....
