It's said to be released in Summer 2011, which is now. I'm guessing it is going to be available to buy in August.
I don't know about you but I really want a taste of Serious Sam 1 and 2 with modern game physics and technology.

Really? I was quite dissapointed with SS2. Lets see how 3rd goes.

EDIT: Just watched the teaser. Melee weapons? Im ok with this. Crosshairs, attachements?!?!

I just hope they wont fail on this one.

I'm with you on that one, SS2 was kind of shit.

The trailer seems to have everything I could expect from a Serious Sam game: killing things (now with melee) and hearing the old "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAA" from the Kamikaze.
