[SOLOUTION] Vice City : Mouse Not Functioning

Hi,
I Used To Have A Mouse Problem In Vice City Multiplayer. Although The Mouse Worked Fine In Single Player It Didnt Work In Multiplayer.
I Have Used A Couple Of Meathods To Fix This Problem.
I Used To Have The Same Mouse Problem And It Used To Get Really Irritating. I Hope This Helps.

Methods On How To Fix Vice City Mouse Bug
1. Try Another Resoloution, I Used To Play On A 800x600x32, Now I Play On A 1024x768x32 Resouloution And The Mouse Funtions Everytime
2. Restore The Default Controller Setup [You Can Change Them Back To Your Settings Later On] Go To Options>Controller Setup>Restore Defaults. This Works Most Of The Time.
3. Alt-Tab Out Then Back In OR Go To The Pause Menu And Come Back In, Even If You Crash Like I Used While Entering The Pause Menu That Is Fine, Just Alt-Tab Out And Restart The Program
