Today September 3rd, 2011, me (Manduh_Panduh) and my brother (Dakota_Patterson) were banned from the server. We'd like to report the Admin [RPIT]JDC_Kolta for false banning and false kicking my brother. He did not warn him at any times before the ban not even once. He kicked him because he told some other guy to stop arguing with [RPIT]JDC_Kolta.
Here is the In-Game chat of pretty much what was said, probably 95% word for word, just didn't have time for screen shots.
"Dakota_Patterson: Dan just stop it, he's going to ban you just like what happened to me.
Dakota_Patterson: Don't go for it he won't listen.
*DAKOTA GETS KICKED* Reason: And who are you to say what I will do? (because earlier he told Dan that he will personally ban him if he did not stop arguing)

*DAKOTA GETS BANNED* Reason: Provoking"
I want to report Kolta for kicking Dakota_Patterson for no reason, because in the banning/kicking regulations it says nothing about getting banned for "Provoking", which I clearly was not. it was not administrator like to kick someone for such reason as "And who are you to say what I will do", "Provoking". He didn't even take the time to warn him first before banning.
I didn't know what section to put this in, so if an admin can please move it, it would be much appreciated.
