Racing cars.

As I am the founder of the 2nd largest racing event on Argonath's VC:MP server, I'd like to request a few wheels to be put in the Love Fist Stadium's racing sectors.


For DD:
Add 5-10 Hotring Bangers for the Bloodring since there's a shit-load of space and many people would perhaps want to participate, rather than having to fetch their own cars and screwing them up from head to toe in the process.

For Races:
Add 5 Hotring Racers for the Circuit races, which are locked until the race organizer announces for the start of a new season and for them to be unlocked.

4 of each car in their pacific Arena will do. We had sort of the same thing in 1.1. The cars do not need to be locked, as for example someone might want to race a Hotring in Full Throttle Street Runnerz

There will be a /c addcar command for Level 4+ admins.
So incase of events, they will spawn any car that is required.
