Right after this topic has been created, i have asked shejken if hes really gave permission, he told me thats its ok, soo its not my bizz anymore.
Rules says yes: You are not allowed to Record, but if the Channel is locked and everyone in the channel agreed and gave permission to record its ok. If it would be recorded in open channel like Patrol Channels or smiliar to it, Person what have recorded would face serious problems.

Its aswell not your bizz man, i havent asked him when he was drunk, but the next day when i have noticed this Topic.
But if you feel that its really wrong feel free to report him to any off the administrator in TS, but then aswell you gona get same answer as i told above
