Within the SA:MP administration you will find administrators of various roles as they do not limit themselves to one. It's incorrect assume every administrator is a cop nor does it increase your potential to become an admin if you are more then often a cop. People are picked on their knowledge of the server and how they are perceived or come across to others as in and amongst many other things.

They tried to implent criminal leaders within the administrator branch, and it had some very positive results. Sadly, they were removed for unknown reasons... Violet was one of the better administrators we've had on this very server.
