                           Hurricane Sandy STRIKES Vice City!!!!

                                           As you can see, Hurricane Sandy has stiked Vice City at around 1 pm or later. We have heard that Sandy has caused minor damages as you can see here:

                                   You can see that a tree has struck the VCPD wall due to high winds.
               All civilians are advised to not go outside and stay indoors. We have not heard of any casualties. High winds are expected. Please be-careful when going outside.
                                              VCPD have ordered an evacuation that all civilians MUST come to the VCPD and stay until further notice.

   Hurricane Sandy is not that severe to end up as a tsunami, but MAYBE it can :roll:
