Remember xcasio added 4 new weed spots a while ago, I can say one of the new one is located near the LS Stadium, I don't know if it was pointed out or not. Don't forget the one in Glen Park also that Louis added.

And the one outside LSPD doesn't work, it is just a flower placed there.
