I conscripted into the Soviet Union at the age of 16 and during my service in Afghanistan I was offered a promotion into the KGB, however in the early hours december 25th 1991 when the Soviet flag was lowered for the last time over the Kremlin our department of the KGB was disbanded. Now out of the job and losing my collected wealth I decided best to take a gamble and move away from Russia and travel to America, and thats it now im living in San Andreas trying to put my skills to some use.

Story: Drake Muller was well known in San Fierro, but he had to leave because of some personal reasons, so he fled to Los Santos, he needed to be exported away from his family, because his family had some serious issues with him. He has turned from exporting drugs, to police work. He has to stay away from his parents because they busted him for drug exporting. After he found out it was his parents, they had a screaming match, and the next day his parents put a restraining order against him. He now wants to show his parents that he has a good side, and from now on he will be sticking to that good side. He is looking for a few friends, and he has so far met a few during his time in Los Santos, while patrolling with other officers, he has become trustworthy and loyal. He will not let you down!

He is now having a happy life with all his friends, but still misses his parents, he now and then sees his brother, "Jeffrey Muller". Jeffrey is his most trustable person in his life, and will never give him up, he will do anything for him, and likewise for Jeffrey.
A few years later Jeffrey has just vanished, and Drake has moved on, bought a new house in San Fierro and is enjoying life there... You should see him racing around in his Comet or Sultan, drifting in the alleys of the docks... Drake, clearly remembers Jeffrey from the last time he saw him... Jeffrey was wearing a Blue shirt with black jeans and sneakers with a cap backwards. Drake, has to stay low, since a he fount new house, AND its in San Fierro, he has to keep his cover low, due to the commotion with his parents, Drake saw his Mother in a 24/7, he was tempted to go say "Hello', but he did not know what would have happend... So he stayed to himself and walked immediatly out of the shop.

His police work is impressing a lot of citizens around the neighborhood of his, and he is aiming to get a better known name around town.

You joined the Soviet Union's army when you were 16 in 1997 and served in Afghanistan during the war while being between 0 to 9 years old; you were then brought in to the KGB when the war ended in 1989. So, in 1991, the "department of KGB" that you belonged to at the age of 11 (???) was disbanded. You then lost all the supposed wealth acquired in your two year service (assuming salaries for pre-teens even existed) and decided to move to the USA only to get a job in law enforcement 20 years later.
