Can't use Crysis License

I bought Crysis Max Edition from amazon, got it today, but I'm having trouble with using the serial key. The serials are badly printed on a sticker in the case, and don't appear as serials at all.

This is the kind of key I got for Crysis, I'm obviously changing a few letters and numbers for security.

Yes, there's a " in the serial. It's not accepting the key on installation, any idea what can be done?

Just check on Youtube or Google for serials.
Or call their helpdesk.
