We administration members who was active when you joined checked your aliases and couldn't see that you had a previous account. For how long have you been away?

Send a personal message to ONE of the following people in order to get some deeper investigation regarding your account

It might happend that your account got removed if you haven't been playing anytime during three years.

Hey I been away for about a year now.

My ip has changed multiple times during this time.

I can say this, contact a community leader when it comes to a password reset, in this case Kojak as it's stated above. What I know of only the owners and community leaders got access to the players user files and by there they can change the password for you. Send a forum PM is the best thing to do to Kojak.

But if you have been inactive for more than 6 months on your account it has been removed from the servers account list and been placed in a folder for inactive accounts, only way to retrieve is to contact Gandalf.
